Transfer to Foster Careline

We’ve been operating as an independent foster care agency since 2010, and in this time have welcomed many foster parents who have chosen to transfer to us from other agencies and local authorities.

We’re passionate about providing the best possible outcomes for the children and young people in our care, and believe foster carers play a key role in this journey.

We provide an outstanding training programme, dedicated 24/7 support workers and competitive rates of pay. But more importantly, we listen to our foster carers and learn from their experiences to improve our service.

How to transfer

If you’re looking to transfer from your current agency or local authority, then joining us is easier than you may think, and we’ll support you every step of the way.

Get in touch and we’ll arrange to visit you at home to have a chat about what’s involved. We’ll work with you, your existing agency and the local authority to make sure everyone understands what will happen and that any children or young people placed with you are fully supported too.

Foster carers can only be approved by one fostering agency at any one time. The process is slightly different depending on whether you have a child or young person placed with you when you decide to transfer. To find out more about joining us, call and speak to one of the team on 0151 378 6873.
